**Covid-19 Service Update**
We are processing all orders manually which may result in slower than usual service, product substitutions and or refunds if products are unavailable. Packaging may also be affected in that we are seeking to re-use all available material in order to not generate more waste – please bear with us, in case of stock delivery delays and forgive us if any of the above cause you any inconvenience for now.

During UK & EU lock-down, and after Brexit, delivery times may be longer than expected.

To help avoid waste we use recyclable packing materials and ship orders with the minimum packaging. Therefore, multi-box orders may be consolidated into a single box so please let us know in the Order Notes window if you’d like yours to remain as a multi-box order.

Weekend Orders & Delivery

Orders placed before 3pm on a Weekday are typically dispatched same-day. Orders placed over the Weekend (or Bank Holiday) will be processed & dispatched on the following Working Day.
Carriers often deliver on a Saturday morning but this is not guaranteed, there is no Sunday delivery.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We take great pride in the quality of our products. They should reach you in the best possible condition.

We have never had a parcel arrive defective, however, when you receive your box please open it right away, and if there has been any damage or deterioration during transit please email us with pictures at and we will do our best to put it right.

No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges can be accepted unless we have been informed immediately upon delivery.

We do not offer Refunds or Exchanges outside of the above.


All perishable goods are exempt from being returned unless they arrive damaged and we have been notified immediately upon delivery and received supporting photos.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £40, you might like to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
